Maria Lopez’s Kind Piña Colada Pies (Keto, Gluten-Free & Vegan)

What a mouthful of a name! Sorry for that! But there was no way I could make a simple title without giving this recipe enough justice, because the thing is: This was EPIC.

Since it’s summer, I thought a piña colada recipe needed to happen. Since I'm constantly creating seed cycling-friendly recipes, this was something that was meant to be. In just a few words... prepare your tastebuds. Whether you do seed cycling, prefer nut-free or grain-free recipes or are paleo- or keto-minded, this tasty treat is going to rock your game.

Experience a bunch of amazing flavors, all working in perfect harmony: sunflower seed butter, coconut flour and shredded coconut, pineapple, monk fruit and grain-free granola.

These are extremely creamy, thanks to the sunflower seed butter and coconut flour base. Some of the succulent pineapple goes inside the cute little pies, and the rest is for topping. I mean, toppings are essential to this recipe, giving it lots of texture and indulgent pops of flavor.

Summer in a bite.

I included one of my current favorite ingredients too! I have been loving this new CBD/CBN Tincture from Bloom Farms CBD (the only CBD I use now after trying lots of brands).

Their formulas as organic and full spectrum, and Dream includes a hemp-derived CBN isolate that helps the sedative and relaxing effects. I have been sleeping like a sweet little baby with this! NO JOKE.
