Vanilla Chill Smoothie (Low Carb)
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 c ice
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder or bone broth
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 c frozen zucchini
- ¼ ml 300 mg Balance CBD Tincture
Method
- Add all ingredients to the blender and pulse until you notice a frosty consistency.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Gut-Friendly Raspberry Tart
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 c frozen raspberries
- ¼ c water
- 1 T beef gelatin
- 3 T granulated monk fruit
- ¼ ml Bloom Farms CBD 600 mg Relieve CBD Tincture
Method
- Pour the water into a glass container with the raspberries and mash with a fork.
- Gradually add the beef gelatin, CBD and monk fruit sweetener.
- Pour into a single-serving tart container and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- Top with granola, nuts or seeds before enjoying.
Simple Golden Milk
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 c coconut milk
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of ground ginger and cinnamon
- 2 T granulated monk fruit
- 1 T keto caramel creamer (optional)
- ¼ ml Bloom Farms CBD 300 mg Balance CBD Tincture
Method
- Heat coconut milk over low heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a frother or blender until slightly foamy.
- Serve hot.
Turmeric Chia Pudding with Sneaky Veggies
(Serves 1-2)
Ingredients
- ¾ c almond milk
- ½ c frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 T granulated monk fruit
- 2 T chia seeds
- ¼ tsp of turmeric
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon
- ¼ ml Bloom Farms CBD 600 mg Relieve CBD Tincture
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate overnight to set, and enjoy chilled.
German Carrot Fudge Cake
(Serves 12)
Ingredients
- 2 c (250g) steamed carrots (plus a few pieces to decorate)
- ¼ c vegan chocolate protein powder
- ½ c granulated monk fruit
- ½ c almond butter
- ¾ c warm water
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ c (50g) chopped pecans
- ¼ c shredded coconut
- 1 ml Bloom Farms CBD 1200 mg Recover CBD Tincture
Method
- In a food processor, add steamed carrots, almond butter, cinnamon, protein powder, water and monk fruit. Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Divide mix into 12 silicone muffin cups.
- Top with pecans, shredded coconut and minced or shredded carrot.
- Freeze for at least three hours, then ENJOY!
