This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Bloom Farms Wellness (“Bloom Farms Wellness”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User” and collectively “Users”) of our websites.  This Policy applies to bloomfarmswellness.com and shopbfwellness.com (individually a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), as well as all products and services offered by Bloom Farms Wellness.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please leave the Site(s) immediately. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to this Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: when Users visit our Sites, register on the Sites, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate: name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information from Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include: browser name, type of computer, technical information, means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.

Web Browser Cookies

Our Sites may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and to track User information. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert User when cookies are being sent. If User does so, please note that some parts of the Sites may not function properly. 

How We Use Collected Information

Bloom Farms collects and uses User’s personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service. Your information helps us more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users use the services and resources provided on our Sites.
  • To improve our Sites. We continually strive to improve our Site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • To process transactions. We may use the information Users provide when placing an order to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Site feature. We will send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails. The email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates and related product or service information. If at any time User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. User may also contact us via our Sites.
  • For legal, protection, and safety purposes. For example, we may share personal information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests and legal processes and protect our rights and property and those of our agents, customers, and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and Terms of Use and protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.

How We Protect Your Information

We utilize appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal identification information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Sites.

If you provide us with your credit card, banking information or sensitive and private data, such exchange happens over a secure socket layer technology (SSL) secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Sites or to administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes, provided that you have given us your permission. If you wish to access or amend any personal information we hold about you, to opt out of any information sharing or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained from you, you may contact us at contact@bloom.farm or by mail at P.O. Third Party Websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Sites that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Sites. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Sites, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Advertising

Advertisements appearing on our Sites may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers, and we do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. In some instances, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website. 

For Minors & Children

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. No part of our Sites is structured to attract anyone under the age of majority.  You must be 18 or over to visit the bloomfarmswellness.com and shopbfwellness.com sites. Our Sites are not directed to users under the ages listed above or the age of majority in a User’s state or province, whichever is older. Thus, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the ages listed above. If you are under the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, please do not use or access the Sites at any time or in any manner. If we learn that personal information has been collected from persons under the ages listed above, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the ages listed above has obtained an account on the Sites, then you may alert us at support@bloomfarmswellness.com or by mail at 5060 N 40th St Ste 120, Phoenix AZ 85018 and request that we delete the child’s information from our systems.

Your Rights as a Consumer

1. Right to Access

2. Right to Knowledge

You have a right to know the types of personal information that Bloom Farms collects, why we do so, the types of third parties we share your information with, and why we share info with those third parties.

3. Right to Consent

You have the right to object to the sale of your data to any third-party, for any purpose.  Bloom Farms does not sell (as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act) your personal information that we collect.  And we will not sell it without providing you with the right to opt out.

4. Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that Bloom Farms delete the personal information that we collect.  Please be advised that there are certain situations in which we are not required to delete your personal information, such as if we have identified a security incident or we are defending against a legal claim.  But unless one of these limited circumstances applies, we will delete your personal information upon request.

5. Right to Equality

Bloom Farms will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights enumerated in this section.  If you create an account with us, and you request to delete that account, you can create a new account with us at any time.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Bloom Farms has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal identification information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically and become aware of modifications. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Sites.
