Refunds (if applicable)

If you are not fully satisfied with your Bloom Farms Wellness purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days. To be eligible for consideration of a one-time full refund, please explain why you are not satisfied. We will review your request and, if you are eligible for a refund, issue a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping, using the original payment method.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

How long does a refund take?

If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, be sure to check your account again and contact your credit card company if necessary. There usually is some processing time before a refund posts to your account, so it may several days or longer to be reflected on your statement.

What about defects?

We only replace items shown to be defective or damaged. If there's an issue with your order, please send us an email at support@bloomfarmswellness.com for a replacement or refund.

Can I return the product for a refund or exchange?

For the safety of consumers and our team, we do not accept returns of merchandise.
