How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, your favorite Bloom Farms products are delivered to your door at a regular interval so you can easily maintain your regimen. Select a shipping interval of anywhere from two to eight weeks.
Did you run out before your next scheduled shipment or do you have too much? We know it can take some time to figure out the right interval to receive your subscription. Anytime you need it, we can adjust your delivery interval and/or next ship date, change your payment method, update your shipping address or swap preferred products anytime. Just reach out via email or the support chat when we’re online.
What’s the deal with shipping?
All subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping, which is USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on your location and current availability.
At the time you start your subscription, you may opt for a premium shipping service for a modest recurring fee.
How does billing work?
At the time of subscription, your credit card information is securely stored with Recharge, the leader in recurring payments.
A few days before your next scheduled shipment, you’ll receive an email notification about the upcoming charge. This will give the opportunity to communicate any desired changes to your products, frequency, payment method, billing address or delivery location before the renewal. (We can assist—just send us an email.)
If your payment method will expire soon, you’ll receive an email asking you to update your info.
If your payment method becomes invalid or has a processing error, you’ll receive an email notification. Recharge will re-attempt the charge a few days apart, up to six times, before the subscription is either resolved or automatically cancelled.
How do I manage my subscription?
We currently are overhauling our subscription management portal. But it’s so easy to change your preferences: Please reach out to us via email (or the support function if we’re online), and we’ll apply any desired changes on your behalf—quickly and with a smile. In most cases, we can accommodate requests within 24 hours and are on call to answer any product questions you may have.
What frequency should I choose?
Especially for a new user, it may take some time to find the right amount of time between subscription shipments. Most subscribers opt for renewal every four weeks, but it depends on the product and the amount you use.
If you know approximately how much cannabinoid you would like to take per day, we can recommend a subscription frequency and product options based on your personal amount. (However, we cannot provide individualized usage guidelines, advice on how much to take or guidance on specific medical issues or medications.)
Once you start a subscription and get comfortable with your ideal amount, we can assist with changing the frequency of your shipments—tailored to your usage.
